Two views of the mobile half-gallon station cube. This is the assembly I put
behind the passenger seat in the Ranger. The whole thing fits nicely on
the floor and I can run the coax lines and control cables where I need to.
I've added a nice big "clunky" relay - I like to hear that clank when
I key down ... and there's a slight pause also before the amplifier kicks in.
This helps keep the FT100 stable on some bands. Mine will occasionally break
into parasitic oscillation on 17M.
